Terms of Service

By creating a Sellora account or using our website, storefront, or apps, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a shop or business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Sellora gives local businesses tools to list products, take orders, accept payments, and coordinate delivery to nearby customers. Features may change as we improve the product. Early access and free plans may include limits that we communicate clearly in Pricing.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shop, product, and contact information
• Sell only goods you are legally allowed to sell
• Honour orders you accept and keep inventory status up to date
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Comply with applicable tax, packaging, and consumer laws

You remain responsible for the quality of what you sell and for the relationship with your customers.

You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to use Sellora as a merchant. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform, harm customers, or violate these Terms.

Pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Free and paid plans may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, Sellora does not take a commission on each order. Payment gateway or delivery partner fees, when applicable, are separate and disclosed where relevant.

You keep ownership of your product photos, descriptions, and brand assets. You grant Sellora a limited licence to host and display that content so your storefront can run. You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful.

Do not use Sellora to:

• Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe goods
• Harass customers or other merchants
• Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service
• Misrepresent your shop, prices, or delivery promises

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

Sellora is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including lost sales during downtime, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

You may stop using Sellora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that should survive — such as ownership, liability limits, and dispute terms — will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Material updates will refresh the date above.
