Sellora is a hypercommerce platform for local businesses. We help neighbourhood shops, farmers, and small sellers run their own storefront, take orders, and deliver to nearby customers. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

Depending on how you use Sellora, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, phone number, email, and shop address
• Store information including products, prices, inventory, and media you upload
• Order and payment-related data needed to fulfil purchases
• Device and usage data such as browser type, approximate location, and how you use the product
• Messages you send us for support or onboarding

We use this information to:

• Create and operate your Sellora storefront and merchant dashboard
• Process orders, payments, and delivery coordination
• Send order alerts, account notices, and service updates
• Improve reliability, security, and product experience
• Provide onboarding and support when you ask for it

We do not sell your customer list to other marketplaces. Your customers stay yours.

We share data only when needed to run the service — for example with payment processors, delivery partners you choose, or cloud providers that host Sellora. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users and the platform.

We keep account and order records for as long as your shop stays active and as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. You can request export or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we ask you to keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You can update store and profile details from your dashboard. You may also ask us to correct inaccurate information, export your data, or delete your account where applicable.

Sellora is built for business owners and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as Sellora grows. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify merchants in-product or by email.
